  • We offer priority shipping through UPS, ensuring that your order arrives quickly and safely.

Processing Time

  • Orders received by 3:00 PM Central Time are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.

  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

  • Orders $100 in value or more will receive free shipping.

Delivery Time

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times vary based on your location, but priority shipping typically ensures arrival within 1-3 business days.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. St. Croix Naturals LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing St. Croix Cannabis for your cannabis needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality products, but we understand that issues may arise. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and exchanges.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that are deemed unsatisfactory upon receipt.

To be eligible, customers must provide clear photo evidence of the unsatisfactory product within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

Notification Process:

Customers must notify St. Croix Cannabis of any unsatisfactory product by sending an email to info@stcroixcanna.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The email should include clear and detailed photos of the unsatisfactory product, the order number, and a brief description of the issue.

 

Verification Process:

St. Croix Cannabis will review the submitted evidence to determine the validity of the issue.

If the evidence is deemed sufficient, the customer will be contacted by our Customer Service team within 2 business days.

 

Approved returns:

Customers may choose to return the defective product (not required) for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

If requested, St. Croix Cannabis will provide a return shipping label for eligible returns.

 

Approved exchanges:

Customers may opt for an exchange of the defective product with a replacement of the same or similar item, or pay the difference to exchange for an item of higher value.

St. Croix Cannabis will cover the cost of shipping for approved exchanges.​

 

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after reaching a resolution.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

Additional Notes:

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns or exchanges requested beyond the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

Pickup Policy

At St. Croix Naturals LLC, we offer a convenient and free in-store pickup option for online orders at our Hudson location—MainstreamCBD, 816 Carmichael Rd, Hudson WI 54016. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Order Online, Pick Up In-Store
    Place your order on our website and select "In-Store Pickup" during checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.

  2. Pickup Location and Hours
    You can pick up your order at our MainstreamCBD store, located at 816 Carmichael Rd, Hudson WI 54016. Pickup is available during our regular business hours:

    • Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

    • Sunday: 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM

  3. Pickup Process
    When you arrive, please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or print) and a valid photo ID for verification. Our staff will be happy to assist you with retrieving your order.

  4. Pickup Timeframe
    A pickup confirmation email will be sent within two hours of placing your order, if your order is placed during business hours listed above. We ask that you pick up your order within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email. If you cannot make it within this timeframe, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. Unclaimed orders may be canceled or restocked without a refund after 7 days.

  5. Cancellations and Refunds
    If you need to cancel your order before pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed according to our standard refund policy.
